Steps:
~ Bathe or offer moisture to your skin with a damp clothe
~ Then apply the Rose Face Oil as a cleanser. Massaging your skin, moving outwards to the edges of your face. Applying gentle pressure to move lymph and any stagnation or stress. Massage this oil as well along your neck. Then take a slightly damp washcloth and remove the oil.
~ Then reapply the Rose Face Oil as a moisturizer.
~ Offer the more dry or sensitive regions the elemental balm. My favorite place are on the lips, around the eyes, and under the eyes and cheeks to bring more of your natural radiance out.
~ Then massage your hold body with the 4 Joys of Sun & Moon. Breath deeply and massage the oil always moving towards your heart.
~ You can then apply the elemental balm to any part of your body that could use more moisture, such as your joints, hands and feet. The fleshy parts of you, such as your thighs, breasts and buttocks enjoy the benefits of this balm as well.
